I have a new in the package light up dog collar I ordered and can not use. It is a size asian medium which is smaller than our size medium so read the measurements below before bidding. It's blue and has 4 different light modes including off. It really is a bright shining collar. I was shocked at how well it lit up. Just like the picture if not a little more.

So this will fit a dog neck 12.6 - 19.68" around, correct? Just making sure I read it correctly... :o)

Okay. I took it out of the package and measured it myself. The measurements shown were the actual collar from end to end from shortest to longest lengths (unfastened). So I fastened it at its shortest and measured and then again at its longest. It will fit an 11-18 inch neck when fastened.
