FREE: Lighthouse box

The first pics are of the lid. The next pics are the box from top, each side (which has a different pic on it) and the bottom.


This little box was in a house that my father bought. It appears to be made out of some kind of resin (heavy plastic). It also seems to be hand carved. The E on the inside may even be a artist's marking, I really just don't know. It's measurements are in the pics. The lid is not tight fitting it just sets on. There is a small burn mark that I tried to show in the pic. It looks like (and smells like) it was used to hold a incense. It's not strong smelling I did wash it with bleach water but there is still a faint smell of incense. There is two small chips on bottom corner. I tried to show them in pics. But when the box is just being displayed (or even used) the chips look like part of the carving. It is a very cute box and would make a nice addition to someone that likes lighthouses, sailboats and/or the ocean.
