This is a pretty little pitcher with lots of detail. I'm not certain whether it is ceramic or porcelain, but am quite certain that the flowers are capidimonte porcelain. I just love the variety that is reflected in the design, the wavy/swirly spout of the pitcher, the swirly handle, how it narrows from the upper part then swells in the middle where the floral greenery and the capodimonte porcelain flowers are in an array of colors and types, then narrows again and instantly starts to widen again in kind of a fanlike design with scalloped edging, then wider still to create four solid feet to give it stability. There is gold colored trimming throughout, and on the base the fleur de lis.
