I am back Listia friends and fans!

I haven't been listing much. I am going to try and give many wonderful items away, so keep your eyes pealed. I have included close up pics to view.

This Nintendo Wii does work with the internet and with the remotes and all, but it won't read disk anymore. I was using it for netflix and no longer have netflix. When you put a disk in it displays disk read error on the screen. I know nothing about fixing these. I was told it could be the laser reader eye. May be an easy fix for someone. I am listing it as is and for parts. Also there is black tape on three parts of the cord line and one part of the A.V cord line where kitty kitty decided to have a nibble.(I have included pics of this) It does not effect it as I said it does work on netflix. (no remotes are included).

I watched a movie on this when I was checking for what version it was running on the system. I put an x-men game disc is as well and I don't think it is spinning the disc, (I did not hear it spinning) so it may not be the laser it may be the disc not spinning?????

I love people who bid, then change their mind 10 hours later and spam your page asking for people to overbid them. Its such a noobish move. ADHD much? Hey check YouTube, you will actually find a couple how to videos on exactly how to fix this problem. Yes you might have to buy a replacement part, but its old on ebay for literally a few dollars. It might be worth it to you, as you will get about 4 x's what it will end for in its current condition. At least do yourself a favor and check it out and see if its something you might be willing to attempt. The way i see it is its already broke, what do you have to lose?

i just experianced the same problem with the wii at my home called and wow 85 dollars to have it fixed and the rep i talked to said it is a common problem most of the time they end up replacing so it is well worth checking out as that is tons cheaper than buying one at a store good luck hope you do well on this

Wanted to mention that my netflix account is still active.
