I am back Listia friends and fans!

I haven't been listing much. I am going to try and give many wonderful items away, so keep your eyes pealed. I have included close up pics to view.

This is like NEW as you can see by the pics. It works perfect! I won this on here a while back from a seller. I will be nice and not mention there screen name. In the description it stated that you could record on the disc, but in fact you can't. The disc compartment is just for looks. You can only record to the internal memory or an SD card.(SD card not included) I spent over 30,000 credits for this because I wanted to use the disc part. "NOT!!

Besides that it's like any other camcorder. It records great and works perfect. The resolution is better outside than inside unless you have really good lighting. inside or natural daylight from your windows.

You will be getting the camcorder with strap, carry bag with shoulder strap, Charger and plug, A.V. Cables, software disc, battery and the USB cord. The manual and remote did not come with it, so I don't have them.

When I got it I tested it with the internal memory and it worked great. I didn't have any disc's at the time and didn't pay any attention to the disc part being just for looks. So I put it up and when I purchased the disc's my time had expired to get a credit refund. It was past the time allowed by a couple of days. :( I contacted the seller and asked them if they would refund and they said they had no idea it was just for looks because they didn't try the disc part them self. Well so there you have it. It's a great camera, just wish the disc part was real, but most camcorders don't have that anyway. They just have the internal memory and the SD slot like this one. I looked this one up on Amazon and found it for $102.00 retail. So It's still an awesome deal for a lucky Listia member that needs great camcorder. Hope you will be my lucky winner. No they sell them On amazon. It is a real sony. This records just like any other recorder. Just the disc part is for looks only. This is made by sony. Thank you. Have a great day. :)

What probably happened is that the company has one camera mold they use for several different models and one of those models probably does actually record to minidisc. This one just doesn't, but the shape is there since the mold is the same.

wow. i can see how it would easily be confused for the one that records discs. I have the dvd one and it looks exactly like this...either way it will have awesome sound and picture quality to save your precious memories on...you can take the card out and record to dvd with any computer with a dvd burner. this is an awesome camcorder. good luck!

It's an SD card. I just checked amazon and the have an 8 GB for $5.97. You can pick one up for cheap at any Walmart, Walgreen or any store like that. It's a very common item. Hope this helps. Have a great day. :)
