This creepy little guy is Giggles the Evil Clown. As you can see, his neck is a large spring so his head bobbles like crazy.This little clown is perfect for sticking to your dashboard so he bebops along as you drive. (He was stuck on a dashboard already, so the sticky stuff is missing from his base. You'll have to use your own tape, glue, whatever to stick him to your dashboard.)
He stands approx. 3 1/2" tall. Photo 5 shows him next to a 7up can so you can see how tall he is.
(I have no idea why the colors are so weird on Photos 1 and 5, but Photos 2 - 4 show a better representation of what Giggles really looks like.)
