Each day of the week has 4 compartments marked 'breakfast', 'lunch', 'dinner' & 'bedtime'; Each day container comes out separately from the holder which is sturdy hard plastic. Photo # 2 is a side view of the holder with each separate pill container in it's slot; and Photo # 3 shows one of the containers with the labels for the 4 X's a day medication.
