sorry, but no. there is a big difference in the costs. I consider each 4-pocket binder page to be worth 3333, and for the GIN they'll take 10% or 699, so you're actually getting about 10% off on the second one. The bill is a free extra added bonus, which only cost me about 1/10th the cost of the binder display sheets. So I can only allow to be traded for one of the other bills on the list provided above. Thanks for checking, though.
