Did you know that you can turn in the tabs to your local VA and for each tab a Veteran who needs dialysis will get it free for one hour. I'm not saying your auction is bad. So don't get me wrong. I'm just saying...did you know that? That's why I will bid in your auction and try to win. I have all my friends collect them for me from all cans (lol) Thanks for your auction.

I know the Ronald McDonald House & Shriners Hospitals accept & recycle them for $ for extra funding. So I was curios & Googled
"Does the VA give free dialysis for vets for soda tabs?"
And they also accept tops & recycle them to help with extra funding but it's not 1 top = 1 hour :( But still that's GREAT :)

I donate often. But these were my Christmas gift from my father in law :) All year he saves them for my Christmas gift, so I can auction them for points :) And I'm using the points to get b-day gifts for an 10 year old girl who deserves to have great b-day to remember :)

So I think it's awesome that some pop tops from my father in law was a gift to me & will turn into gifts for a child & then STILL be donated & turned into $$ for charity! Wow the life of a pop top! :) Thanks for checking out my auction :)

I just always gave them to my uncle. He is in the Lions Club and I'm not sure how they deal with them for the VA. So thanks for looking into that. I never had. I looked at some of the stuff people make with them...wow that is cool!! That has to really take some time! I'd like to see some of that on here!

I gather these and send them to Sisters United. (Sistersuniteddotcom). This charity helps young girls in Africa to build skills to support themselves. They are making a real difference in a war torn and needy area. Thank you for posting these! I will be trying very hard to win them. :)
