Black Wide Leg Pants by Taillissime 100% Polyester. These are brand new never worn pants. I ordered a 32 I got a 34 and the return cost is $7.50! I'd rather give them away than pay the return charge.

Are these full-length pants or capris? Also, are they elastic waist or snap and zipper? Thank you!

They are long pants, I am 5'2" and they are too long for me. The waist is draw string {on the side of all places}. But can easily put elastic in place of the string.
