NIP never cut pattern from my mothers trunk. She used to make doll clothes for my girls CPK's when the craze started in the early 80's. Apparently she never used this one. All patterns, material sheets & instruction sheets for all the outfits in the 2nd pic are included. This pattern is called A Wardrobe Complete & fits all 16" & 23" soft sculpted dolls.I have a smoke free, dog friendly home however my mother was a smoker. I can not detect any smoke odor or discoloring though. This has been packed in a trunk for 30 yrs. The decision is yours to make.
