Fabmom-so is mine;) as you can read this seller is new and didn't read the rules before listing and tried to tell ppl that they could have these boots for 20 + credits even of they didn't win. And also because she got called out on it and tried scamming more then one person she got called out. I feel this is a scam! You don't have any right to tell someone they can have these boots if they pay 20.00 even if they don't win. You can't change your terms on this auction as you said 12 for shipping not 20. Stop tring to steal ppls money!!! It would only cost about 9-9.50 to ship not 12 or 20.
