A brand new pair of cz gold (unsure as filled, plated but not real gold) surgical steel post for ear sensitivity. They measure 4mm and are high sparkle. Set in a sturdy 6 prong setting. Awhile back I purchased 2 pair of these because they were so pretty but I still have in the first pair and can not see needing to replace them, so up for auction they go! Great size for multi piercings too.

They shouldn't as the ones I wear have been fine. I shower with them and never take them off. Assuming that this will be the case for you too.
