Beautiful fabric. Is it new and unused, and are the selvages still on the open sides? Also, what is the fabric? Thanks!

Thank you for your questions. Yes the fabric is unused. I buy most of my fabrics from Estate sales as I love vintage fabrics. As for being pre-washed I am not sure. Yes the selvedges are still intact. The fabric is 100% cotton from clothworks. They make wonderful quilting fabrics. Any more questions please do not hesitate to ask. I have added a couple more pictures to show the pattern better.
