The listing, Battleship USS IOWA Patch has ended.
The USS Iowa, one of the two last battleships to see active duty into the 1970's has since been turned into a museum. The Iowa served in both Atlantic and Pacific during WWII and the only battleship to have a bathtub. The tub was installed to accommodate President Roosevelt who travel to a war time conference on board the ship. The Iowa was in Tokyo Harbor when the Japanese signed surrender papers on her sister ship, the USS Missouri in 1945. The patch unused and black with gold letters and great gift for the sailor or World War II collector.
