I have here an iPod 4th genration no cracks or scathed never been dropped in water ..... It works great but the battery needs replacing . I took it into the Apple Store they told me I needed to send it to Apple to have the battery changed I don't know how to do it and not gonna screw it up if u know how to change it out then u can do it or send it to Apple for $20 to fix it ... It comes with the charger ..all listiaen rules applie..... It's sold as is if u have any ?? Feel free to ask.... I can't do free shipping I get a check once a month from the military but it will be shipped in a flare rate box and tracing thanks and good luck ill do free shipping on this i belive in the free i dont like chargeing because listia is a free site

All I know is I went to charge it came back and went to turn it on and it wouldn't turn on so I took it into an Apple Store they told me that the battery needed to be changed ...it works great before the battrey died no cracked screen ..I took care of it...but that's what's wrong with it ..... It's a 16gb .. If u have the time to send it out or if u know how to fix it ..it's well worth it I'm in the military and I don't have the time or I would$20 to get it fixed is a lot better than $250
