Very Cute Cuddly and warm Panda Hat for a girl around age 7-11 give or take. My daughter wanted this but only wore it once last year and didn't want it anymore. No stains or odors.

I just took a look at it. The two sides hang down over your ears to keep them warm and have a black ball like on each end and one has a hole above the black ball so you can put the other black ball into the hole on the other side to loosely close it around your chin of you want (like a button). The 2 sides go down a little past your shoulders so not super long. It's very soft might I add. :)

No, my daughter is an average sized 13 year old and I think it would fit her. It says ONE SIZE on the tag. So probably most kids 7 and up to maybe 15 possibly 16.
