These are sizzlit die cut tools by Sizzix. Each tool makes two different tags---with a hole at the top and without. One of the tags is scalloped while the other creates an oval tag. Each tool measures about 2 1/2 inches by about 2 1/4 inches. I use the tag-a-long to cut mine, but this will work on other popular die cut machines. One of the ways I use this tool is to make a "clothes line" on a scrapbook page then string the banners across the page. I then put one letter or short words on each banner. I've even used these for making cards such as spelling out the word "JOY" using three tags.
