No sorry. This does break down into 30 individual tasks to be done in 30 days. Maybe you could spend more than one day to do each task & check off each box when complete. This list includes things like sorting through Paperwork & Making Filling Systems; Going through Pantry & Kitchen Cabinets; Junk Drawers & Desk and Toys & Crafts. Hope that helps :)
