This is one awesome flashlight for many reasons! it is vastly superior to Mag lights in both quality and brightness. The LED draws less power so the light goes longer and it operates on a single common AA battery and not some expensive exotic Lithium battery like a number of military lights use. It has a tough Aluminum body with o-rings for water resistant design. it comes standard with a belt clip and the light zooms from flood to spot with a simple foward sliding motion of the knerled foward section. Spot is blindingly bright and this light cut through smoke. Believe me you will not be disapointed. Battery is not included. I test every light before shipping.

He was my first chicken, I found him when he was perhaps a month old along the road and had been hit by a car . His right leg was limp and he was doing a Stevey Wonder move with his head. I had to force feed him with a syring but he was the best pet I every had and got me hooked on chickens. He weighed 4 lbs fully grown. I had a Black Copper Marans Rooster that look very much like him except was twice his size and at least twice as loud but not a fighter rather more like a big club bouncer; he just needed to show up to chase of preditors

They are pretty easy to get hooked on, chickens, that is.have around 45 hens and 7roos.americaunas, Rhode Island reds, production reds, Wyandotte, pearl/ California leghorn, jersey giants :) its a hard habit to kick! The rooster is an Old English Game which is a bantam fighting bird and an excellent choice for free ranging as the rooster will attack anything that comes near his hens.

When I first started raising them about 4 years ago, I was just blown away at thier intelligence and social society. They have different calls for different predators. I love especially when they nab a mouse and then have to run around and brag about it, which of course begins a lively game of mouse-rhugby! Silkies are gorgeous!

I have heard chickens are better mousers then cats but I have yet to see mine catch one. I would say chickens have a personality that is a cross between a dog and cat with the rooster being more dog like and the hens more cat like.
