As wtih any tablet, you need to download the movies or stream them from a browser. It is the same as watching movies on your pc or smart phone. Some places charge and some don't. This has wi-fi built in and an internet browser, but like with any tablet you need to connect to a hotspot with a modem/router. Hope that helps.

Not sure what the jellybean app is. You are able to download whatever apps you need. Again depending on the app and where you are downloading from, that place may or may not charge.

I bid on this because you said that it already had wifi build in. Now you are telling me that I need a wifi hot spot. You were not truthful to me . Now I do not want it.

The item is brand new in box. The description above is direct from the manufacturer. Built in wi-fi means that you dont need wires to connect to the internet and yes it has built in wi-fi.
