This is a thin die cut tool from Tattered Lace which is well known for it's exquisite die cuts. You can't buy these in most stores in the US or Canada. These come from England. This was very pricey, so please do not ask me to lower the starting bid! Plus, because these came from overseas, the initial shipping cost was a lot!
