18k gold over sterling silver genuine diamond heart! I bought this on ebay awhile back and never wore it.It says 1.00 ct.tw. The diamonds are real just kinda milky looking but shines very nice It is marked 925. There is another little mark I cannot read. Here it is anyway better than just sitting in my jewelry box. Thanks for looking!

I bought this off ebay and paid 80 dollars for it and it has a 400 tag on the box! It says maid in italy!Yes they are suppose to be real ! They are just not clear diamonds! It does say 1:00 ct. tw. and genuine diamond! They shine very pretty they are just milky looking! Hope this answers your question. Thanks!
