This is an absolutely gorgeous cardigan/shrug. It is lightweight with a 2 3/4 inch frill around the edges. It has short sleeves.

Measurements:
Length from back of neck to the bottom: 24"
Width across the back from armpit to armpit: 23"
Sleeve from armpit to cuff: 1 3/4"

Made of 55% Cotton, 25% Rayon & 20% Polyester.
It is made in China.

This stunning top is new, has never been worn and is in very good condition.
