There are no skips in game or not playing. It isn't perfect because its not brand new. Basic wear and dust from being on the shelf, thanks!

It's just in case but to me it doesn't look like it has any scratches. I thought it was a perfectly valid request and I really meant no disrespect but it does not say the condition of the disc on the description.

No problem at all. I usually take a picture of the back but I must have just forgotten. It just has normal use no skips or problems when playing. Thanks for reminding me! ; )
