Yes it is used but in very good condition, no scratches ,stains or marks as good as i can measure i get 14" tall and 14"wide has a backpocket that closes with velcro has a nice wide strap too. and dthe main pack has a zipper all in great working order thanks for asking hope this answers your questions and if you like hp you shold get this one so go ahead an bid thanks
