A crocheted chain stitch slips over your head, putting the pack at just above heart level. Choice of color is up to winning bidder. There is a keyhole built into the bottom that allows you to run any leads out the bottom of the pack. I make these for headphone jacks, but as a Registered Nurse, I know there are times people need a monitor, and are told to carry it in their shirt pocket. Not everyone has a shirt pocket, and pockets don't really keep things safe... If you bend forward, the device falls out of your pocket. This way, it is draped around your neck, and may sway or swing when bending, but it won't fall.
