This is a 1997 Upper Deck UD3 "Future Impact" card for Yankees legendary shortstop DEREK JETER!
Card features 2 pictures of Derek, including the one on the right in a sheer silver acetate, much alike a photo negative (back before digital cameras, that's how photographs were made, kids!)

Jeter retired at the end of 2014, but not before becoming a Yankees institution, with numbers and fame that rival some of the game's most legendary Yankees players like Mickey Mantle, Babe Ruth, and Lou Gehrig. He is the only Yankee to ever achieve 3000 hits, surpassing that total and elevating himself to 6th all-time in hits. A true baseball legend who is an inevitable Hall of Famer; with his popularity, its not unreasonable to think that he might get the highest vote total of all time when he gets inducted.
