also do you think it has to be sealed in a card to be mint if i could put a better pic i would. it shows a 3meg pixel image. it also has a delaware mint mark that makes it very rare, since it is a one year world war II coin. not mint, haha

i meant what city if no mark. and in some instances a s mark is rarer. but, how about one without a mint mark?
