I received this in a Listia lot of cell phones. I do not know its history but it appears to be functional. I could not test it beyond the point where it shows it has power (Image #5). Its battery does not hold a charge but I will include it for the winner's reference. The charger is included as well.

I checked the ESN on checkesnfree.com. The phone is not blacklisted and passed NCIC and mystolenphone.com. I shall not release the ESN due to security reasons.

I am an infrequent cell phone user and am not an expert. I do not have the model number of this phone, nor could I find one. Multiple numbers inside the battery bay do not indicate which is the model number.

It appears to have a SIM slot.

I can't tell you if Cingular or any other carrier will activate this phone. It is important that the prospective bidder contact their favorite provider prior to bidding. The bidder is responsible for doing their homework.
