4: 1 DreamGear DGPN-547 Black Wireless Analog Controller, requires 4 AAA Batteries in excellent condition

You are too funny Nickfury...you are the first person to comment on this auction about my sanity, I was beginning to wonder if anyone read the description...lol. I wanted to list this auction with enough days so that anyone interested could list a few of their own auctions and have time to get more credits...I don't like it when I see something I want and I don't have the credits for it...but I didn't want to list it for too many days, I also can't stand waiting too long. You are welcome, it just sits in my bedroom in my t.v. cabinet and it is really clean...someone else might as well get some use out of it. We have the PS3 move and Xbox Kinect, so this one gets ignored, plus my daughter has one of her own. I am glad someone will get some use out of it and I wish you all the luck ;o)

will this one read the colored disks, like the blue, black, etc? some of the old PS1 games are on black disks and some of the PS2 disks are like a blue/purple color(the bottom of the disk). some of the ps2 fats have an issue reading them 80(

This is a PS2 Slim, and I never paid attention to the color of the back of the discs, but I just auctioned off over 100 PS1 games and I made sure that they worked using my PS2 Slim. So I do know PS1 games run on this PS2 ;o)

Yes, the dual shock still works. The wired controller was put up and the wireless controller was used...but it really wasn't used to often as I really don't have time to sit down and play games so everything is used, but in LIKE NEW condition!!

Watching and fanned you. I saw that someone else already asked you this, but does it play the colored disk games? My son has a silver skinny one like this that does NOT play the colored disk games. Can you check to see if any of the games you have listed with this are colored on the back please.

Hello hun, this is a Sony PlayStation 2 Slim, Model No. SCPH-77001...which model does your son have? I GUARANTEE this PS2 will play the black discs and the color discs. I was asked this question previously and was able to answer that due to an auction I had listed...I had ran over 100 PS1 games on this PS2 and they worked. I have had time to think about it and YES, there were black discs in those games (can't remember if there were colored ones or not)!! Out of the 12 Games I have listed with this auction, only one is a colored disc "Contra-Shattered Soldier" it is a beautiful blue on the back.....so, YES, I assure you that this model WILL play black and colored discs. I hope this answers any questions regarding the matter...if necessary, I can take a picture of the back of the blue disc and post it to my Photobucket account with the pictures showing that Contra as well as the other games ALL work...but, it will be done later on today as we are getting up and around to take the kiddos swimming this morning. I have added a video of the PS2 in action with the Contra-Shattered Soldier Game playing. This game has a beautiful blue on the back of the disc...make sure you wait for the video to buffer, at the end of the video, I take the game out and show the colored disc. You can find the video at the same link I have posted in my Photobucket account. I hope this answers all questions as to whether this PS2 Model plays colored and black discs. Here is the link again:

Good question, I am addicted to Listia lol. My daughter has her PS2, my other daughter has the Nintendo GameCube and we have a PS3 Move and Xbox Kinect, so this one just sits in the cabinet under my t.v. stand in my bedroom. I know there is someone out there that would give it more attention than I have. It is meant to be played.......not for decoration ;o)

I want to get this for my grandchildren to play when they come to visit me. I will likely play the games myself even though I have never been any good at these type of games even as a kid I was no good at them. Do you hook this up to a TV?

Yes, you hook it up to a t.v....all cords are included in this auction. Kids just love them and the great thing about games...you can always start over, there is no such thing as dying....just restart the game... so you can only get better with time..lol Good luck hun ;o)

t.his seems to be a really great deal and a auction everyone wants to get in on. That man is right it does help tokeep kids with ADHD occupied. One of my grandchildren does really well at those games and he has ADHD. I doubt I'll have enough credits to get the game so GOOD LUCK TO biggredd1968

Barbara, it really is a great deal, this unit has been well taken care of...it is in perfect condition (except for the cosmetic scratch on the top of the console) I am all for entertaining kiddos...believe me, I have plenty of my own ;o) I wish you, biggredd and everyone else good luck, I wish I had more than one to list for everyone, but, I did happen to see another one up for auction that ended yesterday, so hopefully there will be more!!
