As far as how long it will take you to ship to the states I was wondering something and don't take this as if I am saying that I don't trust you....It is just that I have won four auctions on here where the person did not ship me the game that I had purchased and I had to ask for my credits back all four times plus on one I had to even contact paypal to get my shipping money back and all of this was such a big hassle........If it is going to take that long to get it from Canada .....and not saying that you would do what I described so PLEASE don't think I am saying that but don't you automatically receive my credits within nine days even if I have not received the item that I purchased? Another question is are you going to put a tracking number on this when you ship it? You just have to understand I have had this happen to me one too many times not to be concerned.

Actually, I think exactly what you're saying is you don't trust me, lol.

I have an excellent selling record here, as well as on eBay. My ID there is jaybuilt1, and any bidders are free to message me there - I will respond so that you know it is my account. I have 100% feedback there as well, and I've sold many high valued collector's games, as well as many common games (such as this one), and never had a non-delivery problem. Check out my seller's feedback for all the details.

I have my trusted sellers badge, so there are no pending credits. I don't wait for them to be released anymore, so the 9 day time frame does not apply.

If you are worried about shipping times, I suggest that you purchase from a seller that is more local to you, or even just not an international seller, as shipping times do vary greatly. If you check out my "recent listing activity" on my profile, one of my more recent Xbox 360 game auctions (page 3 on my activity - the Darkness) reached the US buyer in 4 days (including the day of mailing). Another auction (page 1 - saints row) took 9 days to reach the buyer (6 business days). Unfortunately, I can't give concrete dates, as I can't control how fast customs will release the mail.

If the buyer is from the US, I ship with paypal and now ask for an email address at the end of the auction (it even can be a "junk" one), so that paypal can send the winner all the shipment details as soon as I purchase the postage/shipping label (which is never more than 2 business days after the auction, and generally right after I receive their shipping info).

All I can suggest to any listia bidders who are worried about being scammed, is to bid on free shipping auctions. You may be out your credits, but it is only temporary, as Listia will reimburse you the full value of the auction. And, as jeff illustrated above, if you must pay for shipping, only do so through Paypal, where you will have recourse to get your money back.

Just a heads up it does not matter the format NTSC or PAL Sony built the PS3 to run both formats, I have a game in PAL from Japan that plays fine in my PS3.
