It says stain on the package... I havn't opened it or used this kind before.

i have some of these, the stain is on on end and clear lip gloss is on the other end (i like just the stain cause it leaves ur lips in a matte finish when it dries which is more "real" looking then what gloss looks like. but overall this is a great product!! <3 elf
