Sue salvages & recycles switch plate covers into unique decoratives using scrap/salvaged paper images, sealed with Mod Podge Orange Label Sealer.
Mod Podge has a tendency to retain brush lines/marks so once dried it's lightly sanded to minimize brush lines.
