What kind of pc do you have? If it takes DDR2 240 pin it should be fine. let me know what model pc and I'll tell you for sure.

The mobo I used in my custom build was from an HP Pavilion Media Center and runs a Pentium D 2.8 Ghz. That mobo came with a PC2-4200 DDR2 512 MB DDR2 RAM module so it was pretty much a dead give away for me what type of memory I needed to upgrade it with.
