This is a NEW,..Hat & Mittens set....of "THOMAS THE TRAIN".
The hat is BLUE with a red and a white stripe with "Thomas" on the front ....and says "Thomas" on a sewn on patch....then he is in black in ink.
The Mittens are blue with red on the cuff....and says Thomas.
It is a OSFM.....but I would say for kids about 2-6 years old....because of the size.
MADE IN CHINA of 100% Acrylic.
Great for the Thomas the train lover.
