Black velvet front with Christmas decorations decorating it with 4 buttons to close it. The back is red and green plaid. From shoulder to shoulder is 13 1/2 inches.From center of back to bottom is 21 1/2 inches.There is an adjustable tie belt in the back. It's a ladies size medium. and the measurements are as in the description are from shoulder to shoulder 13 1/2 inches and from the center of the back to the bottom is 21 1/2 inches.There is an adjustable tie belt in the back. Hope this helps.
