Standard is without DC, so it would be cheaper than your shipping within US, with DC. As far as I'm concerned a customs # and reciept is confirmation enough in the very rare case of lost mail, never to file a dispute. DC to Canada cost like $11.95 would you be willing to ship without it?

yea 11.95 is because ya have to send it "Registered Mail" which is crazy.... lol anyways for this type of a item I suppose I would be willing to send it without it but I will get certificate of mailing then as well only $1 something more. so in answer to your question. Yes (^_^)
