How sturdy is it if someone pulls themself up with it?

according to the box it can hold upto 150 lbs. Truthfully I didn't use mine for support to pull up on, I only had them for guides on my walls ... so know where I am. In one of my boxes it had the alternative screws for permanent mounting, but I am unsure if this one has them too.
