LOL, I don't think you will have to. It is a free flowing nightgown. I am a medium and I just tried it on and it seems fine.

I have an aunt who just had a double mastectomy not too long ago and always wore these types of night wear. She loves to still dress like a lady.

Yes it is very pretty. I received it as a gift but never wore it. I'm not really into nightgowns anymore.
