THE CARD:This is an original vintage 1962 Topps #268 Ken McBride baseball card.
THE PLAYER:
McBride only had 27.1 innings of MLB experience when the Angels made him the 13th pick of the December, 1960 expansion draft. What a great pick it was, as McBride would keep his ERA around 3.50 in his first 3 seasons in Los Angeles and was rewarded with 3 All Star game appearances.
