The listing, Top Gun NES Nintendo game 1985 *As-is* has ended.

* * * * Before you read any further I want to state that this item is *AS-IS* and *MAY or MAY-NOT* work. I'm not sure if it's a working game or not... Since I do not have a Nintendo gaming system, I don't have a way of checking the game.* * * *

Up for auction is a Top Gun NES Nintendo game. The date on it is 1985 and it says it is made in Japan. As you can see from the photos the plastic does have a few scratches on it, as does the front sticker. I tried to take some photos of the little metal contacts on the cartridge, but I don't know if you can see them in the photos. I guess they look good, no missing pieces. I'm not really sure what to look for! Lol

I saved this game from the trash when we were cleaning out a auctioneer's huge storage building. It looked like it was in good condition to me, so I didn't have the heart to throw it away! Looks like it might be a pretty cool game! I really hope this game works for whoever wins the auction!! But, I will not be held responsible if it doesn't! You (the Winner) have a 50-50 percent chance of it working or not... Its your choice if you want to bid and take a chance!

You better tell Listia about your ``NO REFUNDS!`` policy. They might go ahead and issue a refund without asking for your permission.

Well if there is a problem, I will have Listia review my auction description. All bidders are given the option not to bid... I'm not forcing anyone to bid! I clearly state in the description that there is a chance that the game may or may not work. I'm paying out of pocket to ship the game for FREE to the winner. Do you think I should pull the auction? Have you ever had a problem with stating no refunds? I've had people not read my descriptions before and Listias always side with me because the buyer was in the wrong.

I have no problem with auctions that claim to give no refund. I like auctions that say ``all Listia rules apply`` too. Because they always do.

I'll stick it in a bubble wrap mailer and check it Thursday because my post office is already closed today and tomorrow I have to leave work early to go help my stepbrother with something for his nursing school.
