This is a very beautiful dessert plate with matching cup. The decoration has oriental flair with oriental flowers and bamboo shoots~very nice. The plate and cup have gold trim. It is very dainty, either porcelain or fine bone china (I'm guessing). There are what appears to be cracks visible in the finish of the cup bottom~do not appear to be in the cup itself. Great set to have for a special dessert or tea & crumpets :)
