You are bidding on 1(one) "NESTING CARDINAL CLOSE UP, 8" x 10" (8 1/4" x 11" exactly) Original KODAK Print of a Female Cardinal Nesting,& patiently awaiting the day when her babies hatch.This is another shot taken on the same night as the other photo listed here, right after Momma Cardinal had finally let us get close to her without her flying away. And then, when my housemate put out some fresh water and more feed in the bird feeders, Momma Cardinal finally realized that we were only there to help along the way, in ANY way possible! She trusted, but still kept one eye always on her nest and babies. Ready to attack at any moment. I caught her late one night, and did apologize to her for the disturbance so late into the night. I talked with her for a bit, and she seemed to understand. It was refreshing, and engulfing at the same time. I was 'in the moment' and very pleased to get several shots of Momma Cardinal that night.We even have 1 on the day of 'first flight' as Daddy Cardinal sits proudly on the fence,watching carefully to be sure that NOTHING got too close!
