Yes, but it also says that this doesn't ship internationally.
Being the auction coordinator, I can edit these rules as I see fit--so in order to work with you I need you to understand the following.
In order to make up for the shipping fee to Canada, and to make your shipping fee free, I would need at least 7777 for this issue alone. The BONUS comics would add weight to an international package rather than a domestic U.S. envelope, so the difference in cost is dramatically different. If you want the BONUS comics as well, then I would have to set the GIN at 12,222 to make up for the extra weight. Let me know if you want me to alter the GIN for this comic as a separate auction, since someone already bid on this one and therefore the GIN cannot be edited.

If English is your native language, then I made it as clear as I possibly could. Since you live in Canada, it's more expensive to ship. So I will ship this to your country for free if you use GIN--but you will not get the BONUS comics since you do not live in the U.S. When you move to America, then you can get the BONUS comics. Clear?
