This was given to me with several other games for XBOX & XBOX 360. The holder has a GameStop cover on it. Cover also has a crack on the back but it closes securely, Disc states © 2010 Microsoft Corp. I do not have an XBOX (& wouldn't know how to work it if I did have one), but my laptop did read and list the files on the disc. There do not appear to be any deep scratches, but it does look like it was "polished" to remove surface scratches.
Since I have no idea if this game will work, because of the polish marks, I am going to have a starting bid of 1, and you all can decide if you want to bid on it or not.
