This is a NEW,..Hat & Mittens set....of "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles".
The hat is light green with the Orange Turtles face on the front.
The Mittens are light green with TMNT on the cuff.
It is a OSFM.....but I would say for kids about 2-6 years old....because of the size.
Made in china of 100% Acrylic
