this auction is for a springerle rolling pin. This rolling pin is 3.75 inches long. This measurement is for the patterned part of the rolling pin. Is approximately 2 inches diameter and this is the patterned or cut out part of the rolling pin. There are six different carved pictures. A flower, butterfly, 2 designs, one bird, and one more design. There are 6 panels in all.

the handle moves around, and it is not real tight against the rolling pin part. So that handles kind of look like they are off kilter. I really don't know how else to explain it.

the recipe is on the Internet. There are many many different recipes. My advice is if you win this just look up a recipe that sounds good to you and try it.
