This is a stunning, ladies' black spaghetti strap dress made by FOREVER 21.

This dress has a empire waist with spaghetti straps. The back is low cut with a strap across the back.
This is a satin-type fabric.

made of: 97% Polyester & 3% Spandex.

Truly gorgeous, this dress has been worn gently and is in very good condition.

Stunning, to say the least, the pictures do not do it justice at all.
