Here you have a typical neck pillow oh but is it??!! NOPE!! It's a neck massager pillow!! You just put it around your achy neck then hit the on/off switch located in pic #3........pic#2 shows the tags that are still attached to the massager; it takes batteries but they are NOT included!!

How many and which type of batteries? Is this a new item from a pet free and smoke free home? I have allergiers and sinus is why I'm asking.

It say Dc 1.5 v X2 so I guess two of those DC batteries.....the smaller ones!! I smoke but not in the home so the merchandise will not smell of it and we do have a dog but he is also not allowed in our room, which is where the merchandise is kept & wrapped for shipment......I can't guarantee that the box will not smell of smoke as I do smoke in my vehicle which I take to the post office.......hope this helps!!
